how to make shopkins strawberry cake

These easy cake is great for fans of shopkins.\r
Ingredients:\r
1. 4 small sizes vanilla cake mix boxes or use 2 large sizes cake mix boxes\r
2. Strawberry frosting\r
3. Green, white, yellow and black fondant\r
4. Pink writing icing\r
5. Red and green gel food coloring Americolor or Wilton\r
6. Yellow color mini M & Ms\r
7. Large daisy cookie cutter\r
8. Round cookie cutters 5cm (1.9 inch), 4cm (1.5 inch), 3cm (1 inch)\r
9. Heatproof glass bowl 2L (67 fl.oz) 20cm (8 inch) in diameter or similar size\r
Method:\r
1. Preheat oven to 180 C (350 F). Generously spray with cooking spray heatproof 2L (67 fl.oz) glass bowl 20 cm (8 inch) in diameter. Mix two vanilla cake mixes according to instructions on the cake box, add red gel food coloring to create red strawberry color; pour into prepared glass bowl and bake about 45 minutes or until skewer inserted into center comes out clean. Once baked; leave in the bowl for about 10 minutes, before transferring onto cooling rack. Repeat same process with remaining two vanilla cake mixes to make another cake. Once both cakes are cool; level both cakes with serrated knife so their flat.\r
2. Add red gel food coloring to strawberry frosting to create red frosting.\r
3. Apply small amount of prepared frosting onto cake board; position first cake on top; apply frosting and sandwich with second cake. Apply thin layer of frosting around cake; place into freezer or refrigerator for about 30 minutes to seal crumb.\r
4. Use large daisy cutter to cut out from white fondant flowers. Apply small amount of edible sugar glue in the middle of flower and attach yellow mini M & Ms. Use small brush and green gel food coloring to create patterns on top of flowers. Place on baking paper to slightly dry for about 1 hour.\r
5. Cut out from paper small size teardrop template. Roll out yellow fondant and cut out about 10 teardrops from yellow fondant; place onto baking paper.\r
6. Roll out black, white, green fondant into 0.3cm (0.1 inch) thickness; and use different round cookie cutters to cut out circles to create eyes; attach all fondant pieces with water.\r
7. Use green fondant to cut out leaves and stem for strawberry. If you like prepare green stem overnight or few hours early; place onto baking paper to dry; it makes easy to insert into cake later. Also cut out four circles to create feet and hands.\r
8. To assemble: Take cake from refrigerator and apply second layer of frosting. Position all decorations on cake. Use pink writing icing to create lips. Use toothpick to draw little nose and around mouth. Make small insertion on top of cake and carefully insert stem.
