Driver Laughs When Caught on Her Phone

Occurred on May 23, 2018 / Newcastle, NSW, Australia
Info from Licensor: "My husband and I were driving along University Drive at approximately 3pm. We spotted this car ahead driving erratically, she was jumping from one lane to the other speeding up the rear of other cars. I took my phone out as I felt she could have caused a collision. Upon getting closer to her I was shocked to see she was a red P plate driver. I was even more shocked when we pulled along side of her and saw both her and her passenger on their mobile phones. There was also a bloke in the back seat. None of these people seem to care about their own lives let alone the lives of other people. You can see in this video she also did speed up as she was passing the cop car. When I finished this video she put her foot down and sped off again."
