CHARGED WITH DAD'S MURDER
Two men went to court on Thursday charged with the murder of Daniel Cooper who disappeared last week Monday on his way to collect his infant daughter from a school in San Fernando.
The accused are Richard Ramkerry, 48, a construction worker, of Realize Road, Barrackpore, and Andell Steele, 29, a PH taxi driver, of La Ruffin Village, Moruga.
Cooper, a warehouse attendant, of Pond Street, Vistabella, was reported missing and police were led to the victim’s body along a dirt road at Cedar Hill Village, Princes Town, two days later. He had been shot in the head and his car stolen. Video by Express photojournalist TREVOR WATSON
