According to a report by Reuters, the EU's energy chief tried to reassure Iran that the bloc remains committed to saving the nuclear deal despite US President Donald Trump's decision to exit the agreement and reimpose sanctions. Miguel Arias Canete, the European Commissioner for Energy and Climate, delivered the message during a visit to Tehran, and also said the EU was looking to boost trade with Iran.
