ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response it is described as a pleasurable tingling sensation that can be felt most commonly in the back of the scalp and down the spine but not limited to these areas. \r
I try to describe ASMR experience to people using something common like visiting a hairdresser, do you find the experience of someone focusing on you, the gentle touching of your hair, the sound of the scissors moving around you relaxing?\r
That would be a relaxing experience, watching ASMR video is like recreating that type of experience.\r
I believe most people can experience ASMR, to experience ASMR you need to find you trigger, common triggers will often be related to one person focusing on you or another person and watching this person focus or give them attention will trigger it.\r
\r
Triggers:\r
Watching massage ** Baba Worlds Greatest Head Massage **\r
Watching a person focus and describe something there passionate about ** Bob Ross deep voice talking about painting, scraping sounds, brushing sounds. The forefather of ASMR **\r
Whispering ** Maria GentleWhispering the Queen of ASMR **\r
\r
Listening to someones voice & the way the talk\r
Soft spoken voices & certain accents\r
Hand Movements \r
Watching Someone Focus on a task\r
Personal Attention - like a hair cut\r
Any type of Role Play the best ones are ones that involve personal attention to you, examinations, face brushing ect\r
Watching someone draw or paint\r
Sounds : Crinkle, Tapping, Scratching & multi layering of different sounds together\r
\r
Almost anything can be a trigger for a persons ASMR everybody is different, you just have to find yours. \r

Back Ground Audio: There is some bird sounds from outside during the recording, a family of birds nested and were raised only 20ft away from this recording, during the recording the baby birds are in the tree out side. This is why i added some extra birds sound to compliment the already nature sounds from outside. (you will also hear some cars in the back ground, for this i am sorry)\r
\r
There are 2 extra tracks running very quietly in the back ground.\r
1 x Audio track of Rain Forest/Forest Bird Sounds recorded by me in Tallebudgera Valley (Gold Coast QLD, Australia)\r
1 x Audio track of water trickling sounds recorded by me in Currumbin Valley (Gold Coast QLD, Australia)
