Bopaiah begins swearing in; have all MLAs turned up?

Yeddyurappa's crucial floor test has been scheduled for 4 pm today. In the middle of this storm is the pro tem speaker kg bopaiah. Bopaiah, who is a 5 time law maker and former speaker of the Karnataka assembly, has been attacked by the congress which claims that his appointment is against the rules as he isn't the senior most lawmaker in the assembly. The congress' plea challenging the same will be heard by the apex court today at 10:30 am.
