Expressing serious concern over the deteriorating condition of the farmers and the unabated farmer suicides, Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh has once again urged Prime Minister Narendra Modi to announce one-time debt relief to ameliorate the miseries of the farming community.
