Model Detailing - quickly and easily hinting at detail to fill gaps

Cutting the odd corner is necessary sometimes. There are holes in models where no detail is provided and you dont have time, or the reference pictures, to fill that detail in properly. This is where hinting comes in. I dont know what youd call it really but I call it hinting because youre putting something in to make the viewers eye think there is some detail there when really youve just put some shapes and bits to fill those gaps.
