MEAL PREP\r
⇒ Recipe: Saute bell peppers, onion, mushrooms, corn, and black beans. Top with shredded chicken. I had with a side of brown rice. \r

TO STORE: I store 3 meals in the refrigerator and the rest in the freezer. To reheat I remove the food from the plastic container and put on a tray in the toaster oven for 10 mins at 350 OR if Im in a hurry I reheat in the microwave for 2 minutes (fridge) and 4 minutes (if frozen). \r
