Pani puri is a very popular street snack in several regions of the of Indian subcontinent. It is also called Golgappa, Fuchka, Phuchhaka, Phuchaka or Gup chup. It consists of a round, hollow puri, fried crisp and filled with a mixture of flavoured water, tamarind chutney, chili, chaat masala, potato, onion and chickpeas.\r
