This is the new face-lifted Mercedes-AMG S63 4MATIC+ and there is no better way to describe it than a technology powerhouse! With new Intelligent Drive capabilities, an ENERGIZING Comfort Control that syncs together the fragrance dispenser, climate control, massaging seats, ambient lighting, audio system and seat heating/cooling. Could you have any more wizardry?

I head to Zurich to get underway at the press launch of the updated car, and in particular the S63 4MATIC+ from AMG that now comes with a 612PS / 900Nm Biturbo V8 as found in the E63 S and GT R models from AMG. In conjunction with the new power plant we also have a 9-speed AMG Speedshift gearbox, the new 4 wheel drive 4MATIC+ system and many more technological highlights.

Let's take a look around the car in detail and then jump in for a drive to experience the dynamic drive control that's now in the S Class for the first time.
