Heffner TT Gallardo Hits Record 229.1mph - Standing 1/2 Mile

Smashing their own previous record, OB Prestige Autos and Heffner Performance attended Shift S3ctor Airstrip Attack 7 with two cars, including this first generation Lamborghini Gallardo that started life with 520hp, now running with around 1800hp.

Taking to the half mile runway section from a standing start, the car accelerated to cross the line at a mind-boggling 229.1mph as recorded by both the runway equipment and in car GPS systems. The previous Shift S3ctor record has been held by OB and Heffner before of 224.4mph.
