Driving a Koenigsegg CCX [Shmee's Adventures]

I visited Angelholm in Sweden, home of legendary supercar manufacturer Koenigsegg who produce some of the most powerful and dramatic cars of this time. As well as taking a look around the factory with Christian von Koenigsegg himself, I was allowed to take a CCX to the runway for a blast.
The car in question was a blue, manual CCX in right-hand-drive UK spec is one I have previously filmed at events in the UK so it was fabulous to get up and close to a car that I've been so impressed with before now. Of course the CC series models have been replaced with the fabulous Agera range but that does not at all detract from the immense performance they offer and the incredible amounts of drama the driver experiences.
I thought my R8 was loud, this is a different league! Enjoy some clips of my driving experience and the sounds of that thundering V8 on the airstrip. A huge thanks to Koenigsegg for the experience!
