Hey guys!! Its time for a seasonal hand and foot treatment video.. Hope you enjoy and try some of these out.. Try them out on yourself, or pamper a friend or family member!! \r

Lime & Mint Foot Soak\r
1/2 Cup Epsom Salt \r
2 TBSP Baking Soda \r
Lime Zest \r
2-3 Drops Peppermint EO \r

Himalayan Salt & Honey Foot Scrub \r
1/4 Cup Himalayan Salt\r
1/4 Cup Coconut Oil \r
1 Heaping Tablespoon Manuka Honey \r
2-3 Drops Chamomile EO\r
\r
Warm Vanilla Hand Scrub\r
1/4 Cup Sugar\r
1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil\r
3 Drops Vanilla EO \r
* Optional: Heat in the microwave for 15 seconds to make the scrub warm, or if you prefer, use a double boiler to heat coconut oil before you add to sugar.\r

2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil\r
1 Tablespoon Beeswax \r
2 Tablespoon Olive Oil\r
5 Drops Vitamin E Oil\r
Lavender EO\r
