Fennel Seeds Drink, Saunf Sharbat, variyali sharbat benefits, Fennel Seeds Juice, Lose Weight Fast With Fennel Seeds, सौंफ का अर्क

Ingredient for Saunf ka Shorbet
Soaked Fennel seeds (सौंफ ) - 1 cup (100 grams)
Soaked Cardamoms (इलाइची ) - 40
Sugar (चीनी ) - 1 kg (4.5 cups)
Sugar (चीनी ) - 3 to 4 tbsp

How to make Fennel Sharbat :
1. Take soaked fennel seeds. These are soaked in water for 5 hours. Also soak 40 cardamoms separately.
2. Take out fennel seeds in jar, add sugar and grind it fine. If Fennel seem dry add more water. Grind it fine. Put it in strainer to strain. Collect the juice. Grind all of the fennel seeds likewise.
3. Add some water to the fennel fibre and strain again.Meanwhile grind and strain the cardamoms too.
4. For syrup add sugar in a vessel. Add juice to it as well. Cook it with sugar until dense in consistency. Stir it at regular intervals and check the consistency.
5. Once dense turn off flame and let it cool. Once it is cool, strain it.

Serving:
6. Concentrated Saunf Sharbat is ready to be served,To serve take glass, add 2 tbsp sharbat to it. add cold water to it and some ice cubes as well.Cool and refreshing Fennel Seeds sharbat is ready to be relished.
