Israel wins the 2018 Eurovision Song Contest

The Eurovision song contest has been won by Israel's entrant Netta after a closely-fought race with Cyprus. But the event was overshadowed by a protestor rushing onto the stage during a performance by the British entrant. Tim Allman has more.
