The guest friendly D Hotel is a place I keep coming back to when I stay in Pattaya. I just love the quiet location on Soi Buakhao, but its never more than a baht bus ride away from anywhere central in Pattaya. \r
\r
The rooms are clean and spacious, they have a nice rooftop pool, there is unlimited tea/coffee provided and there is an in room safe. \r
\r
Everything in the room still has a new feeling after opening in Jan 2016, it shows that the owners are maintaining their hotel well.\r
\r
The service girls on the front desk were very helpful (a rarity in cheaper Pattaya hotels), and granted me a late checkout with minimal fuss when I returned very late one night. \r
\r
No hotel is perfect, there is no fitness centre, the location is not the best for Pattaya newbies, the standard checkout time is 11am instead of noon, and the room service finishes early at 5pm. But all these things are very minor in the grand scheme of things and D hotel is my number one place to stay in Pattaya for the price, just slightly ahead of April Suites and Pattaya Blue Sky.\r
