RuPaul to Star in Netflix Comedy Series The famous drag queen and reality TV host is teaming up with ‘Sex and the City’ showrunner Michael Patrick King for the series. Netflix ordered 10 episodes of ‘AJ and the Queen’, with RuPaul in one of the titular roles. The series will follow Ruby Red (RuPaul) as a drag queen that travels America, going from club to club with her 11-year-old stowaway, AJ. RuPaul was recently awarded a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, the first drag queen to ever receive the honor.
