1/2 teaspoon Salt\r
1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence\r
120 grams Plain Flour\r
6 medium size Egg Whites\r
1 teaspoon White Vineger\r
120 grams Fine Sugar\r

Pan size: 37cm x 24cm\r

120°C for 20 minutes\r
then 150 °C for 8 minutes
