Venezuelans undecided over whether to vote as elections near

With just over a week to go before the presidential elections in Venezuela, residents in a Caracas slum are undecided whether to vote or not. The opposition coalition MUD, which will not participate in the upcoming elections, called on the country to abstain from voting, a position that the two opposition candidates, Henri Falcon and Javier Bertucci, see as a “gift” to the government candidate and current president, Nicolas Maduro.
