A walk through the brand new Sobha City 3 BHK apartment of Mr. Manohar Halappa\r

#Foyer area design\r
\r
The foyer welcomes us with a beautifully stone cl added wall and a display niche.A Ganesha statue is placed on the display unit \r
\r
and is been highlighted by spot lights.Bottom cabinets of the shoe rack has two storage cabinets and a pebble tray in the \r
\r
middle.A beautiful Buddha statue is been placed on the glass counter top.We have designed a shoe rack on the opposite side \r
\r
with open niches and closed cabinets.\r
\r
#Living room interior\r
\r
The living area entrance wall is been decorated with a wallpaper. A rafter with spot light is provided to highlight the \r
\r
textures of the wall paper.The wall next to that is been designed with plain wall paper so that the TV unit can be \r
\r
highlighted. The back panel of the TV unit has 3 ss strips. In the bottom cabinet, we have provided 4 drawers and niche to \r
\r
display setup box and DVD player.A rafter with spot light is been provided to highlight the complete TV unit.A display \r
\r
unit with 2 cabinets and 4 niches are designed for display and storage purpose.\r
\r
#Dining area interior\r
\r
A CNC partition is designed between the living and dining area.five niches with spot lights are included for display. The \r
\r
crockery unit has a tall unit which is the mini bar and bottom cabinets for storing the crockery. The counter top gets \r
\r
converted to buffet counter as well as bar counter according to requirements.\r
\r
#false ceiling design\r
\r
The false ceiling is a combination of rectangles and squares and we have panel and cove lights to light up the living area.\r
\r
#Kids bedroom furniture\r
\r
We have designed the wardrobes with glossy laminates.Drawers are designed at the bottom and loft on top.\r
\r
#Master bedroom design\r
\r
A study table with drawer is designed.We have given a lighter colored laminate for to highlight \r
\r
the drawer.Overhead cabinets has 2 doors which can be converted to a library or toy storage.The queen sized bed has storage \r
\r
below and on the headboard.\r
\r
We have designed a TV unit with bottom cabinets and on either sides we have 2 operable wardrobes. A dresser with huge \r
\r
mirror and 3 drawers are designed. A king sized bed with storage and side tables serves the purpose of storage.A beautiful \r
\r
wall paper which compliments the theme of the master bedroom. \r
\r
#Guest bedroom interior design\r
\r
We have designed a long and sleek study unit in this room.A huge wardrobe with mirrors in the front helps us to save the \r
\r
space.\r
\r
#Kitchen design\r
\r
This is kitchen has lots of storage space which makes it very functional and the laminate colors gives it an elegant look.\r
\r
