2 1/2 cup plain flour\r
1 1/4 tsp salt\r
2 1/2 tsp baking soda\r
2 cups sugar\r
3 eggs\r
1 1/4 cup sour cream \r
1 cup +2 tbsp oil\r

For the Filling\r
1/4 cup dry shredded coconut\r
1/4 cup -1/2 nuts nuts of your choice ) I use almond\r
1/2 cup glace cherries\r
1- 1 1/2 cup mini marshmallow\r

For the swiss meringue butter cream \r
143 g eggwhite\r
286 g sugar\r
429 butter\r
1 tsp instant coffee\r
1 1/2 tsp hot water\r
120 g melted chocolate
