A political mudslinging continues amid the fake voter id scam exposure in poll bound Karnataka. In the latest, the BJP said in a press conference that a Congress corporatism, GK Venkatesh aka NTR and a close aide of Congress candidate Munirathna has been arrested in fake voter id scam. In retaliation, Congress's Randeep Surjewala has hit out at the BJP where he alleged that the owner of the house where the 10k fake voter ids were recovered from belonged to Manjula Nanjamuri from the BJP. The Cong and the BJP have been blaming each other for the 10k fake voter ids recovered from a flat in RR Nagar's Jallahali area in Bengaluru. While the BJP claims that the Cong is rigging the polls in a desperate bid to win, the Cong has counter attacked BJP saying that the BJP had stage managed the entire show late last night in a bid to rescind the elections as it knew its fate was sealed in the May 12 polls. The JDS too chimed in and blamed the Cong for rigging polls and demanded the EC to countermand the polls. A Cong delegation too met the election commission and filed a complaint on the matter.
