Venezuela is currently hosting an international meeting to discuss reparations for slavery. The meeting follows President Maduro's propsal for an international plan to repair and protect the rights of the African community that were damaged through slavery and colonization. During the meeting, a group will be formed to file complaints on this issue in international courts around the world. Our correspondent Iain Bruce brought us the from Caracas.
