Newly-elected president of Costa Rica, Carlos Alvarado Quesada, rode one of San Jose’s hydrogen-electric buses to the transfer of power ceremony between him and former President Luis Guillermo Solis on May 8.A crowd of cyclists rode alongside the bus on the way to the Plaza de la Democracia in San Jose, where the ceremony took place.
