Tiffany Haddish and Ali Wong to Star in New Netflix Animated Comedy The two comedians will star in ‘Tuca & Bertie’, an animated show about two friends (who are birds) and live in the same apartment building. Haddish will play Tuca, a cocky and care-free toucan, while Wong will play Bertie, an anxious, daydreaming songbird. Both Wong and Haddish will serve as executive producers for the
10-episode season. Wong, who is mostly known for her stand-up comedy routines, is set to release her new Netflix comedy special, “Hard Knock Wife”, on Mother’s Day. Haddish, on the other hand, has a starring role in Kevin Hart’s new movie, ‘Night School’, and appears in ‘The Last O.G.’ with Tracy Morgan on TBS.
