Big Chief Roadhouses 5lb Big Horn BBQ Challenge ($50):\r
\r
The challenge consists of a 1lb bed of french fries topped with 3/4lb smoked beef brisket, 3/4lb smoked pulled pork, 6oz roast beef, onion straws, and Chipotle barbecue sauce. It is surrounded by 1lb of hot wings along with 1/2lb sides of baked beans and coleslaw. Challengers have only 45 minutes to finish the entire 5lb meal. Winners receive the meal free along with a t-shirt and their name and photo posted up on the restaurants Wall Of Fame. Very few people had been able to defeat this challenge before I attempted it, & it was absolutely delicious!!\r
