A woman who had spent years suffering from a constant-runny nose has finally found relief, reports CBS News. KETV notes that Kendra Jackson had seen a number of doctors and was often told that she was suffering from seasonal allergies.  It turned out that the source of her trouble was a leaky brain. More specifically, doctors at Nebraska Medicine diagnosed her with a cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) Leak. "CSF is a watery fluid that circulates through the brain's ventricles (cavities or hollow spaces) and around the surface of the brain and spinal cord," according to Johns Hopkins Medicine. "A CSF leak is a condition that occurs when the CSF leaks through a defect in the dura or the skull and out through the nose or ear."  In Jackson's case, it was reportedly pouring forth at a rate of roughly a half-pint per day, notes KETV.  She has since undergone a surgery to correct the problem and is said to be recovering well, reports the Washington Post.
