Elon Musk Wants to Start a Candy Company The billionaire behind SpaceX and Tesla tweeted out the news on Saturday. Musk’s tweet seems to be in retaliation to a statement Warren Buffett made in response to a previous Musk comment. It all started when Musk criticized “moats” during an earnings call last week. Moats is a term used by Buffett to refer to a buffer that companies must surround themselves with to stay competitive. Buffett responded to the criticism on Saturday, arguing in favor of moats while making fun of Musk. Elon may turn things upside down in some areas. I don't think he'd want to take us on in candy.
