Israeli Flavoring Company Frutarom Acquired by IFF Billions

DAILY DOSE | American company International Flavors and Fragrances is buying Haifa-based Frutarom for $7.1 billion, to secure its place as the world's largest flavor company. The deal represents the second largest acquisition in Israeli history behind only Intel's acquisition of Mobileye last year for U.S. $15.3 billion.
