How to cook your Christmas Turkey: Nigella vs. Gordon Ramsay

Cooking a whole turkey for Christmas dinner is stressful, and it doesnt help that all of the celeb chefs have their own recipes and methods. I decided to try Nigellas method, which involves brining the turkey for 2 days, and Gordon Ramsays way of stuffing butter under the turkeys skin and putting streaky bacon over the breast. \r
