Sonam Kapoor sangeet Rehearsals have kicked off at Anil Kapoor's Juhu bungalow. The doting dad and mom Sunita will be putting together a special act for the bride-to be at the sangeet. Rumours have been rife that Janhvi Kapoor has planned to perform on Sridevi's popular track 'mere haanthon mei nau nau choodiyan' at Sonam Kapoor's sangeet. However, contrary to such reports, we hear Janhvi Kapoor has refused to perform at Sonam's sangeet due to sudden demise of mother Sridevi.

सोनम कपूर के घरवाले जहां एक तरफ उनकी संगीत सेरेमनी के लिए रिहर्सल कर रहे हैं। वहीं, इस बीच अपडेट है कि श्रीदेवी की बेटी जान्हवी इस सेरेमनी में परफॉर्म नहीं करेंगीससे पहले रिपोर्ट्स थी कि जान्हवी मां श्रीदेवी के गाने- मेरे हाथों में नौ-नौ चूड़िया हैं और किसी के हाथ न आएगी ये लड़की पर डांस करेंगी। हालांकि, अब परिवार से जुड़े करीबी सूत्रों ने इस रिपोर्ट को खारिज किया है। हमारे सहयोगी फिल्मफेयर की रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक संगीत सेरेमनी में जान्हवी डांस नहीं करेंगी। जान्हवी के अलावा उनकी बहन खुशी भी इस सेरेमनी में डांस नहीं करेंगी। इन दो बहनों के अलावा सोनम के भाई हर्षवर्धन कपूर और मां सुनीता कपूर भी शादी में परफॉर्म नहीं करेंगे।
