Saudi Arabia’s main sovereign wealth fund will set up a network of entertainment centers across the kingdom as the government tries to jump-start a domestic leisure industry. The centers would feature entertainment facilities such as movie theaters as well as venues for public performances. This is all part of a government plan to foster a flowering of Saudi art and culture as well as restaurants and retail space.
