A blinded koala is cared for at the Port Stephens Koalas sanctuary in New South Wales following its eye surgery, as seen in this video posted on May 7.The old koala, named Seaham Kerry, was found wandering in circles in a horse paddock and had bad ulceration in her eyes, possibly caused by an unknown long-term irritant.A veterinary surgeon removed some of the scarring and ulceration and had sutured the koala’s eyes closed while her corneas healed.
