For Masala\r
4 big Potato\r
1 big beetroot\r
(boiled and mashed together)\r
1 big onion sliced\r
Curry Leaves\r
1 big Ginger crushed\r
Grren Chilli as per taste\r

Masala\r
1/2Tbs Tumeric\r
2Tbs Coraiander\r
1Tbs Chilli \r
1Tbs Garam Masala\r
1/2Tbs Cumin Seed\r
1Tbs Urad Dal\r
1Tbs Green Garam Dal\r
1Tbs Mustand Seeds\r
Asafoetida (1/2Tbs or as per tatse)\r

For Dosa\r
1/4 cup Channa Dal\r
1 tbsp Fenugreek Seeds\r
2 cup Rice\r
1 cup Urad Dal\r

Take a bowl add rice,urad dal, channa dal,fenugreek seeds, wash and soak for 6 hrs.\r
After 6 hrs blend it into a fine paste and keep it for overnight fermentation.\r
Next day add salt and mix.
