A river of lava flowed through Hawaii's Big Island on Saturday.
A dramatic clip showed the fiery liquid running down Leilani Avenue with giant lava bubbles bursting.
Trees in the path of the lava instantly caught fire.
"This was a very emotional event for me to witness the destruction and beauty of my Island," said the filmer.
Thursday's eruption of the Kilauea volcano prompted a local state of emergency and the mandatory evacuation of 1,700 residents.
