Does DirectX 12 Suck?

Over the past year, weve seen DX12 penetrate the market. Is DX12 any good? What about Vulkan?\r

I take a close look at DX12, study several benchmarks of the DX12 titles on the market that still have a DX11 renderer in them for comparison, and figure out whether DX12 is any good to us as gamers.\r
\r
NOTE: My footage of Watch Dogs 2 at the end of the video is incorrect. Please disregard it, it has nothing to do with DX12. Thank you to Markitos for pointing it out.\r

I believe my congregated findings will be of use to both AMD and Nvidia users who may want to know more about the state of DirectX 12 at the time of this video.\r
