This is just a 12-bar blues form played in a classic jazz funk style. The C blues scale or minor pentatonic will get you through the whole thing easy! If you want to get fancy, the C7(#9) gives us the ability to play major or minor pentatonic, as well as Mixolydian or Dorian modes, and theres always our old friend the blues scale. The turnaround is basically a IVm chord followed by a chromatic approach to the I [bVI IVm bİ II bII], you can really just play a blues scale over the whole thing and be fine! If this seems too fast, remember, you dont have to play fast lines. Start with slow quarter note based ideas, then build from there.
