A high school superintendent has been arrested after he was caught as being the man behind pooping on the rivals schools football field on a daily basis! 42-year-old New Jersey superintendent of Kenilworth Public Schools, Thomas Tramaglini, was arrested Thursday for defecating on a nearby district’s high school’s track and football field.
