1999 Mercedes-Benz A-Class Review

Howard Stableford reviews the 1999 Mercedes-Benz A-Class, and after the previous version had failed it's Elk Test, he takes a look at what revisions have been made to make the car more safe. He will be marking the A-Class on it's practicality and design both on the inside and outside, before taking it out for a spin to see how it performs and handles.
