No longer a shrinking violet! New Nissan Micra at Paris 2016

After the usual array of teasers, concepts and spy shots, the new Nissan Micra has finally landed on its 2016 Paris Motor Show stand. Designed specifically with European buyers in mind, the fifth-generation Micra is tasked with righting the wrongs of the old model when it goes on sale at the start of 2017.
It’s a crucial car for Nissan, not least because it’s the first time an all-new Nissan Micra on a fresh platform has been launched since 2003. It’s been designed to tackle the Ford Fiesta head-on, and brand CEO Carlos Ghosn says the new car will “raise expectations” of what a supermini is capable of.
