Villagers block Law Minister TB Jayachandra from entering village. He was not allowed to alight his vehicle and had to returned. Villagers were protesting no roads and poor infrastructure. Clashes then broke out between Party workers clash and villagers. Incident took place in Tumkur districts, Shira taluk Agrahara.
