Nearly all S. Korean companies in Kaesong Industrial Complex positive about reopening

The majority of South Korean firms that had operated at the Kaesong Industrial Complex in North Korea say they expect the complex to reopen... and are willing to restart operations there.
In a survey by the Korea Federation of Small and Medium Businesses last March, ninety-six percent of all firms at the jointly-run complex said they would resume operations should it reopen.
Eight out of ten companies said the complex has a competitive advantage, pointing to low-cost, highly-skilled labor.
The firms anticipate that Kaesong will reopen during the Moon administration.
In 2016, the Park Geun-hye administration closed the industrial park due to North Korea's nuclear and missile tests.
