D-RAM manufacturers including Samsung, SK Hynix faces suit over alleged price fixing
  • 6 years ago
Korea's Samsung Electronics and SK Hynix are facing a legal fight in the United States,... as an American law firm Hagens Berman has filed a suit against them for price fixing.
The U.S. law firm filed a suit at U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, alleging that Samsung, Hynix and Micron have conspired to artificially limit the supply of D-RAM chips to keep prices high.
Local experts refute the allegation.
They insist there was not price fixing and the cost was determined by supply and demand.
