North Korean leader Kim Jong-un crossed the demilitarized zone (DMZ) line into South Korea for historic talks with South Korean President Moon Jae-in on Friday, April 27.These videos of the event were shared by the South Korean executive office, Korea Blue House. The inter-Korean summit was the third of its kind since the 1950-53 Korean War, Yohap News Agency reported. The last summit was held in 2007, the report said.In what has been described by Yonhap as a sign of “thawing” tensions between the two states, Kim reportedly told Moon he was committed to establishing an agreement between them that would not collapse.“I wish for it to be a chance for us to walk forward hand-in-hand while looking toward the future with a determination, instead of (summit) outcomes like those in the past that could not be implemented,” he reportedly said.
