Sources say that Bhaijaan is planning to build his new den which would be a 5 BHK bungalow and one hears he bought it for a whopping amount. Apparently Sallu plans to construct farmhouses like these all over North-Eastern Maharashtra too. He is extensively investing in properties in the island area of Gorai and Manori. His real estate purchases in Gorai have sparked interests of other Bollywood celebs who are looking at investing in islands located on the Salsette and Bhet coastal regions. To add more he's planning to settle down with his long time girlfriend Lulia Vantur and wishes to build a mansion by the beach. Lucky Lulia!
