At the age of 24 Pratyusha Banerjee took away her life and left her loving family in despair. Barely out of her teens, starry eyed girl from Jharkhand, who played the role of grown up Anandi in popular serial Balika Vadhu. And the starry eyed girl who wished to make Jharkhand and Bihar proud committed suicide and her premature death has left us shell shocked.
Pratyusha had two stormy relationships, first with Makrand Malhotra who had abused her and then Rahulraj with whom Pratyusha had ugly run in with police as he had defaulted car loan. Pratyusha a proud girl of what she achieved went down in dark alleys as she committed suicide. Pratyusha’s suicide has become bigger controversy than what her life could offer.
