Fake Homeless Person Drives Luxury Car

Info from Licensor: "I’ve been noticing this guy pretending to be homeless every day on my way to work. I’ve given him money and food to eat before. One day I stopped to put air in my tire & saw him across the street. I pulled my phone out and started recording him as he held up a sign, begging for money. Then I stopped recording to put air in my tire. After I finished, I noticed him walking from the BMW going back to the corner. So, I sat there for a minute and a few minutes later, he walked to the BMW again, got in the driver side, and drove off."
