Royalist crier Tony Appleton appeared at the Lindo Wing at St Mary’s Hospital in London soon after the announcement of the birth of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's third child.
Appleton, president of the Guild of International Millennium Town Criers, stood on the steps of the hospital this morning and made his declaration of the boy's birth in front of the crowd of reporters, photographers and well-wishers.
