9-year-old molested in a moving train; police charged accused under the POSCO act

9 year old molested in a moving train from Trivandrum to Chennai. One Prem Anand, a lawyer and former BJP RK Nagar candidate (2006) was arrested based on a complaint given by the parents. He was arrested in Erode station and police has charged him under the POSCO act.
